Get your sweat on in this fast-paced practice to awaken and inspire. This is a fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow where intermediate and advanced students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow.
This practice is suitable for all skill levels but is not recommended for children 5 and under. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
