All Levels Flow offers an active flow incorporating core strength, stretching, and breathing in a dynamic moving sequence. This Vinyasa-style practice is meant to energize the body and mind while prompting students to be inspired and stay focused on your breath and body. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace.
All Levels Flow is suitable for all skill levels but is not recommended for children 5 and under. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
