There are three different vendor load-in options. Please select one of the following load-in times:

Thursday, April 23rd: 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Friday, April 24th: 8:00am - 10:00am
Friday, April 24th: 10:00am - 12:00pm
I understand that vendor booths/setups must be staffed throughout the entire Vendor Village hours.

I understand vendor set-up locations will be pre-assigned and numbered based on festival involvement. Any questions regarding vendor assignment must be communicated before load in. Requests to be moved will not be accommodated.

I understand that as a vendor, I must provide all equipment needs, including but not limited to tent (and tent stakes), tables, lighting, power, signage, etc. All vendor equipment must fit within allotted space.

I understand that retail sales are permitted (Some vendors may require a business license from Mecklenburg Co.).

I understand that the Whitewater Center does not provide a vendor wi-fi network.

I understand the Whitewater Center does not provide security in the Vendor Village. Vendors are responsible for securing their own items throughout the entire festival. (There will be 24 hour security at the parking booth).

I understand the Whitewater Center does not permit outside food and beverage (including alcohol) on site per the NC Health Code and ABC commission (However there will be numerous on-site food and drink options available in close proximity to the Vendor Village).
