This is the seeding round for Boatercross, which consists of a single boat on the course at a time, two runs, and the best time determining seeding for the finals on Sunday.
The seeding round determines the top 32 competitors, who will then compete in the Boatercross finals. The seeding round is Saturday 9 a.m.-11 a.m., and the Boatercross finals are Sunday at 12:30 p.m.
Boatercross is an invite-only event with a wildcard application open to the public. Meet the athletes here.
