Get your sweat on in this fast-paced flow to awaken and inspire. This is a fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow where intermediate and advanced students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. Students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. You can expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work.

Mats will not be provided but are available to rent for $4.  Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
