Kids’ Yoga

This kid-specific practice will help children improve their focus, coordination, balance, and strength while learning to hone a positive mindset. This playful yet interactive practice will keep kids engaged for a full 30-minute yoga session. This practice is recommended for children ages 6 – 10.
