Slow Flow is designed to increase strength, breath awareness, and flexibility through slow moving sequences and controlled breath. Fusing together movement and body, this Vinyasa style practice focuses on sustaining correct alignment in postures and takes time to explore poses and variations with deeper holds and longer stretches.

Mats will not be provided but are available to rent for $4. Slow Flow is suitable for all skill levels but is not recommended for children 5 and under. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
