Participants will race head-to-head on a 1.25 mile lap around Sadler Island on the Catawba River. Kayaks are limited, but are included on a first-come, first-serve basis. Racers will receive a paddle and PFD at the Flatwater Dock for the race start. There will be a mandatory pre-race meeting at 9:45am.
